हमला कर्नाटक ते दू शहर बंगलूरु आओर मैसूर मे कएल गेल. ओना पुलिस हमला करय वाला किछ छात्र के गिरफ्तार कएलक अछि. कार्यकर्ता के आरोप छल जे परीक्षा देबय वाला चारि सय छात्र मे कन्नड़ बोलय वाला सिर्फ 28 टा छात्र छल. औ बाउ... अगर परीक्षा के फॉर्मे नहि भरबय त परीक्षा केना देबय... पढ़ाई करय काल... फॉर्म भरय काल सुतल रहब आओर जखन दोसर कोई फॉर्म भरि... तैयारी करि पास होएत त हो-हल्ला करबय... ई त नीक बात नहि न. टिकट कलेक्टर के ई परीक्षा दक्षिण पश्चिम रेलवे के छल आओर अधिकारी के कहनाय छनि जे एहि परीक्षाके अगिला हफ्ता फेर सं लेल जाएत.
परीक्षा के दौरान बिहारी छात्र सभ के चुनि-चुनि के मारनाय-पिटनाय के गंभीरता सं लैत बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार एहि मामला पर गृह सचिव सं ओहिठाम के गृह सचिव सं बात कs रिपोर्ट देबय लेल कहलखिन्ह. पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री राबड़ी देवी सेहो रेल मंत्री सं उचित कार्रवाई करय के मांग कएलीह. राबडी जी ममता बनर्जी से सेहो मांग कएलीह जे बिहारी छात्र सभ के ऊपर भs रहल हमला के देखैत एहिठाम के छत्र सभके बिहारे मे परीक्षा करयबा के व्यवस्था कएल जाए.
It is unfortunate that Biharis' outside Bihar are treated badly.
जवाब देंहटाएंI think that such a treatment is not new to Bihar. From Mughal time till today through British time, Biharis were considered fit to be only coolie or labourer who will swallow every insult but still serve the master with full devotion. We are so much conditioned by this century old practice that we have even lost self respect and are unable to rise to challange this injustice.
This downtroden mentality is clearly seen in our migration from the state. All must have heard that in past two years more than hundred farmers committed suicide in Andhra and Maharastra because they could not repay loans due to crop failure. But did any has statistics about number of such farmers going to Punjab to earn wages? or going to metropolis of Mumbai, Delhi, etc for lifetime migration? These people preferred death over leaving their states. Do we even think of such possibility? This is probably the reason that when hundred Biharis' are beaten it only make one day news item while when these people act, the national govenment is moved to make policy changes like loan waiver. I have not heard any loan waiver for Biharis in the aftermath of Kosi flood.
We send our children to educational institues in other states. These institute are built by politiciand and industrialists, especially landlords who are parellel to Jamindars in Bihar. Has any politician or landlord in Bihar spent their money for upliftment of Biharis so that Bihar stops importing education from other states?
I believe that till such time as we seriously think on taking control of our ownself, Biharis will contiunue to be beaten and insulted and we will keep on posting such news on internet, television and other news media without meaning anything.
