OneWorld Foundation India wishes to hire a Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR Manager-cum-Editor for its New Delhi centre to lead its Responsible Business portfolio, which includes a websitehttp://businessforpeopleandplanet.net, regular radio programmes broadcast on AIR FM and hosted at EK duniya anEK awaaz and Tech4Good initiatives. There is one position of CSR Manager-cum-Editor to be filled at the OneWorld Foundation India office in
New Delhi, India.
About the position
The general scope of the position would be:
*Collate relevant and updated information on the subject of Corporate Social Responsibility and manage the website.
*Keep abreast of the trends in the CSR domain all over.
*Write articles and conduct interviews.
*Conceptualise projects for corporate and other stakeholders, tailoring them to needs on both sides of the table.
*Create partnerships within departments in the organisations as well as outside for projects.
*Be active in strategic communication to enable the CSR vertical at OneWorld to broaden its horizon.
Educational qualifications, skills and experience
*A Masters degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
*At least three years of work experience in CSR or strategic communication, preferably in a client facing profile.
*Good writing and communication skills are a must.
*Ability to meet deadlines and adjust priorities.
Key personal attributes
*Innovative and independent worker, who can work independently and also across teams.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a team and with peers.
*Maturity to liaise with a variety of stakeholders - corporate entities, government officials and grassroots organisations.
